Focus 3 and binaural beats

Focus 3 is often an underdiscussed focus level but one that I like going back to from time to time. I like utilizing it if I had a long weekend, had some sort of disruption or need to fully reset after a difficult challenge. After completing Focus 3 I feel more clearer, structured and in line with with the rest of the world and obtain a deep feeling of rejuvenation and purpose. I definitely recommend Focus 3 for beginners or for those who are interested but who may be afraid of going into the higher focus levels. F3 might even be a level where you dip your toes just enough where its a sample of what else could be if the progression is taken to the higher levels.

F3 is most likely a progression of three based Hertz levels starting with 59 Hz with a 1.2 binaural split. That means that you would take a 59 Hz tone and then subtract -.6 from it meaning that one tone would generate 58.4 in the left ear and then you would add .6 for the other tone to be at 59.6 This would equally between the two create the 1.2 differential binaural tone. I believe through the full listening it then enhances to a 110 Hz tone with a 1.3 binaural split and then to a 288 Hz tone with a 3.7 binaural split. This concept is the basis of most binaural beats and I strongly recommend experimenting with them with a binaural beat generator and applying the different brainwave states with them like the Theta state and also utilizing base frequencies from the solfeggio frequencies themselves.
